Employee pulse survey, not a long form
You think the team's fine. Ask them, one face a day.
Each rep taps one of five faces when they open the log. You see the week's faces by name, and who's had two rough days.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
| Name | Mon | Tue | Wed | Thu | Fri | Label beside it |

Twice a year
Managers think the team's fine. The team isn't so sure
You send a long survey in June. Half the team fills it in, and the results arrive in July. A rep who had a hard April has already had May and June to get through it, or not.
01The question
Ask one question, where they already log.
Nobody wants another form. Once a day, the log asks "How are you feeling right now?" Your rep taps a face, or skips it, and carries on with their calls. Tapped the wrong one? Undo lasts ten seconds.
- It's on the log screen, so there's no link to send
- It takes one tap, and they can skip it
- They can undo it for ten seconds
- Once a dayHow are you feeling right now?
- Priya NairRough, Low, Okay, Good or Great, or skip it
02What you see
See faces by name, not a team average.
You've got one 1:1 to fit in and you're not sure who needs it. Team check-ins shows one row per person across the week, with each face and when it was tapped. Anyone with two or more rough or low days is flagged and moves to the top.
- Each person has a row, with their name on it
- Two rough or low days puts a flag beside them
- You can go back up to 52 weeks
- Wei Ling GohMon Low, Tue Rough, Wed Low3 rough or low days: flagged to the top
- Farid IsmailMon Okay, Tue Good, Wed Okay
- Daniel TanMon Good, Tue skipped, Wed Okay
- Priya NairMon Great, Tue Good, Wed Good
03Their note
Let them add a note you won't see.
A rep has a rough day and wants to say why, but not to you. After the face, they can pick a reason and write up to 280 characters. You get the face only. The reason and the note never reach your screen.
- Reasons include work, clients, family and health
- A note runs up to 280 characters
- Managers see the face and the time, and nothing else
- Wei Ling GohTapped Rough
- Her reasonFamilyNever reaches your screen
- Her noteMum's in hospital this weekNever reaches your screen

04Longer questions
Use the weekly check-in for your own questions.
One face tells you someone's had a rough week. It won't tell you why. Weekly check-ins ask your team's own questions, and each week you get a summary of the answers.
- Set the questions your team answers
- The writer and their manager get an email when one's filed
- Check-ins carry their name, like the faces
- Wei Ling GohThis week's faces: Low, Rough, Low
- Your questionWhat got in your way this week?
- Wei Ling GohA client cancelled twice, and I lost the morning.
- Weekly summaryCancelled client meetings came up most this week
And the rest
Small things about the daily check-in
Goes well with
Read this week's faces, not June's survey results.
See how a week of faces reads on a sample team.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
Before you ask them
Is it anonymous?
Some will, and that's fine. It's one tap, so it costs them almost nothing. Treat it as one more thing to read beside their week, and never as a score.
No. You see each person's name beside their face. The check-in screen doesn't say that managers can see it, so tell your team before they start.
A manager can't. The founder's login can read team data for support, and our security page sets out who can read what.
Not as a pulse. There's one question here, and it's fixed. For your own questions, use the weekly check-in.
No. It flags two or more rough or low days in a week, and what that means is yours to judge.
There's no public price for Palby Sales Tracker yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
