Out on a job
The customer who asked your price booked someone else.
Everyone's on site when three people ask for a price and a slot. By the time you reply, two of them have booked with whoever answered first. The agent answers while the team's out, offers real free slots and books the job.
01Prices
Answer the price and what's-included questions.
Upload your price list and what each service includes, and turn on price answers. The agent quotes only what's on your list and never rounds or discounts a price. Photos of the mess, or of the aircon model, get read.
- Prices only once you turn them on
- Never rounds or discounts a price
- Photos and voice notes read
02Booking
Book the job, with the address, in the chat.
It offers free slots from your booking page and books the one they pick onto your Google Calendar. It asks for the address and anything your team needs to know, and they can move the job in the same chat.
- Only slots your booking page has open
- Address and notes saved to the card
- Reminders on the day, if you turn them on
03Hand over
Pass the tricky ones to you.
A complaint, a damage claim, a discount request or a job your list doesn't cover comes to you with what they asked and why. Reply yourself and the agent steps back from that chat.
- Complaints always go to a person
- Alerts on your WhatsApp or in a Lark group
- Your reply takes the chat back

Questions cleaning businesses ask first
It quotes only the prices on your list, once you turn price answers on, and asks for photos when a job needs a look. Anything your list doesn't cover, like a post-renovation clean, goes to you with the photos.
It offers only times your booking page has open, and your booking page leaves out the busy times on your Google Calendar.
Yes, in the same chat. The agent finds a new free slot, moves the booking and tells them.
Nobody can promise it won't, and WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk". So it sends carefully. A new number starts no chats on day one, three on day two and ten a day until day six. After that, first messages to new leads go about an hour apart, and a risk check slows or pauses them when your number looks at risk.
There's no public price yet. On the walkthrough, you'll get a price for your number and your team.
