Six follow-ups
Six follow-ups you'll stop typing
01A new lead
A new lead gets hello while you're still with a customer.
A row lands in your lead sheet, another app sends a contact, or someone messages you first. The hello goes out from your number with their name in it, and their card is made for you.
- From your lead sheet, a form tool or Zapier
- Their name in the first line
- First messages about an hour apart, so your number stays safe
- New lead from your form
- Send WhatsApp
- Add a card: New enquiry

02Before the appointment
Appointment reminders you don't have to type.
A reminder goes out the day before, and a note on what to bring once they book. Set the timing once and it runs for every booking.
- Before or after any appointment
- When one is confirmed, missed or cancelled
- Ready-made: remind them the day before
Hi Michelle, a reminder our team arrives Thu 3:00pm for your deep clean. See you then!
Goes Wed 3:00pm
Thanks for having us today, Michelle. If you're happy with the clean, would you leave us a Google review?
Goes Thu 5:00pm
03After a quote
Follow up a quote on day 1, day 3 and day 6, set once.
Send the quote, and the follow-ups go out on day 1, day 3 and day 6. Switch on "end it when they reply", and their reply stops the rest.
- Wait by the day, or until a set day and time
- Stop when they reply, if you switch that on
- Or wait until a detail on their card changes

04The ready ones
Pass the ready ones to the right teammate.
Ask a question, branch on the answer, and hand the ready ones to a teammate in turn, or to whoever has the fewest open chats. Tell the team when one comes in.
- Ask a question and branch on the answer
- In turn, or to whoever has the fewest open
- A message to your team when it matters
When would you like the clean?
If they want it this week
05Building one
Start from one of 50 ready-made workflows.
Pick one of 50 ready-made workflows and change the words. Or type what you want, like "remind them the day before and ask them to confirm", and AI drafts the steps for you to check before anything runs.
- Undo, versions and a test run before it's live
- See who it would reach before you publish
- A history of every run
06Before each message
Each message is checked again just before it goes.
Right before a workflow message sends, it checks the chat. If someone on your team has written to them since, it would be a double text, or they've opted out, it isn't sent.
- Nothing sent over your team's own reply
- Opted-out customers skipped
- Sent at your number's usual pace, never in a burst
Can the team come on Saturday instead?
Hi Siti, just checking you got the quote I sent?

Before you automate
Will automation get my number banned?
Nobody can promise it won't, and WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk". So workflow messages wait their turn at your number's pace. First messages to new leads go about an hour apart, and other messages it starts about ten minutes apart, between 9am and 9pm on a new number.
The first message to a new lead, reminders around appointments, follow-ups after a quote, handing a ready lead to a teammate, birthday and renewal messages, and check-ins on a schedule. A workflow can also add a task, update a customer's details, send an email or pass details to another app.
Before you publish, it shows who the workflow would reach, and you can run it as a test first. Each message is checked again right before it goes, and every run is kept in its history.
No. Start from one of 50 ready-made workflows, or describe what you want in a sentence and AI drafts the steps for you to check. Nothing goes live until you publish it.
Yes. Another app can send a contact to the workflow's web link, and that starts it.
Only if you switch that on. By default a workflow runs to the end, but it never sends over a reply from your team.
No. Your own number links by QR code from WhatsApp's Linked devices, and WhatsApp stays on your phone. There are no Business API forms to fill in.
There's no public price for the AI agent yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
