Five parts
Five ways to market on WhatsApp without the blast
01The offer
Tell customers about a sale or a new slot, by name.
You've got a December promo and a list of members who said yes to hearing from you. Pick who hears it: a stage, a tag or the customers you tick. Each message carries their first name, and up to eight wordings rotate across the list.
- Only to customers who've agreed to hear from you
- About ten minutes apart to people you haven't spoken to lately
- Inside your sending hours, 9am to 9pm on a new number
Hi , weekend cleaning slots are open next week. Happy to do again for you.
Kavitha Raj
Hi Kavitha,We've opened weekend cleaning slots for next week.Happy to do the deep clean again for you.Want me to hold one for you?
Farid Ismail
Hey Farid,Next week we have a few weekend slots free.We can repeat the move-out clean too.Shall I keep one aside?
Siti Aminah
Hi Siti,Weekend cleaning slots are open for next week.Would a slot suit you?
02The follow-up
A follow-up series that runs on day 1, 3 and 6.
Most people don't answer the first message. A workflow can start for each customer the broadcast reaches and send the next messages on day 1, day 3 and day 6. Switch on "end it when they reply", and anyone who answers drops out.
- Starts once for each person the broadcast reaches
Hi Farah, our December class times are out. Spin is now Tue and Thu at 7pm.
Broadcast, 1 DecWorkflow starts for her
03The dates
Birthday messages that go out on the day, every year.
Your customers' birthdays are already on their cards. Set a birthday broadcast once, and each customer gets theirs on the day, between 9am and 8pm. Any other date on their card, like when a membership ends, can start a message a set number of days before or after.
- Each person on their own birthday
- Every year, or once
- Set onceBirthday broadcast, every year, 9am to 8pmEvery year
04The replies
Replies come straight to your team inbox.
A reply to your campaign shouldn't sit unread on someone's phone. Every reply lands on that customer's own chat in your team inbox. Your agent answers what it knows, and hands the ready ones to a person.
- Marked on the broadcast as "wrote back"
- Answered by your agent or your team
- Assigned, noted and labelled like any other chat
3 wrote back
05The results
See which campaign your wins came in under.
You paid for two ads this month. Which one brought the customers who bought? Leads from your lead sheet keep the campaign they came in under, and reports split new leads, first replies and wins by campaign.
- Wins and new leads, split by campaign
- Every report filtered by campaign, or downloaded as a CSV
- December adNew leads24

Before you market
Will marketing messages get my number banned?
Nobody can promise it won't, and WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk". So it paces itself: about ten minutes between messages to people who haven't written lately, 60 started a day and 9am to 9pm on a new number. A risk check every ten minutes slows it down or pauses it.
Customers who've agreed to hear from you. Sending to strangers is how numbers get reported. Each card can record their consent, and anyone who withdraws it or opts out is left out of every send after that.
It can, if what you send isn't useful. Send what they'd want to hear: a new slot, a price change, their birthday. Each message carries their name, the wordings vary, and anyone who says stop is left out.
Not a separate one. You send broadcasts, follow up with workflows and read the results in reports, all from the same inbox.
Not as a tracked ad on a linked number. An ad can still link to your WhatsApp, and those chats land in the inbox like any other.
No. Your own number links by QR code from WhatsApp's Linked devices, and WhatsApp stays on your phone. There are no Business API forms to fill in.
There's no public price for the AI agent yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
