WhatsApp QR code generator: print it on the flyer, and each scan opens a chat with you
Someone scans it and a chat with you opens, your first message already typed.
Put in your WhatsApp number, and the link appears here.
What happens to the chats the code brings inYour number, the code, the print
The code changes as you type, so you can scan it with your own phone before you print.
- 01Put in your WhatsApp number the way you'd say it, or paste a wa.me link or a group invite link.
- 02Write the first message people will send you, like "Hi, I saw your flyer".
- 03Download the PNG or SVG, or print a counter card with the code and a line of words under it.
Where a scan beats typing your number
Put it where people stand still for a few seconds.
- 01The counter or the front desk
- 02A flyer, a poster or a bus stop ad
- 03Your name card or the back of a receipt
- 04The door of your shop
Get a code that scans the first time
Four things to check before you send it to the printer.
Keep it dark on light. A black or dark code on a white background scans best. Light codes on dark paper often fail.
Print it big enough. Scan the printed proof from as far away as people will stand. If your phone struggles, print it bigger.
Use the SVG for print. It stays sharp at any size, so a poster comes out as crisp as a name card.
Add a line under it. "Scan to chat with us on WhatsApp" tells people what the code does before they lift their phone.
When the scans turn into chats
The code opens an ordinary chat. Palby AI Agent, which we make, answers it on the number the code points to.
- It answers the enquiry from your price list and website, in your words
- It offers your free times and books the slot
- It hands the hot ones to a person, with the reason
- Every chat lands in one team inbox, so whoever's on shift sees it

No. WhatsApp Business lists QR codes among its own features, and they do the same job. This one also carries your first message, and you can print it on a card from here.
Yes. There's no account to make.
