WhatsApp broadcasts, sent one chat at a time
Tell 80 customers without 80 copy-pastes.
Send one update to the customers who opted in. It goes out from your own number, one chat at a time, inside your sending hours.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
- Sent from your own number
- 9am to 9pm on a new number
- Status12 of 80 sent, next at 10:52am
- To KavithaHi Kavitha, weekend cleaning slots are open next week. Want me to hold one for you?
- To FaridHey Farid, next week we have a few weekend slots free. Shall I keep one aside?
Six steps
How your update reaches each customer
01Who hears it
Pick who hears it, straight from your contacts.
You've opened weekend slots and want your regulars to hear first. Send it to everyone, to one stage, to a tag, or to the customers you tick. Before it starts, you see who'll be skipped and why.
- Everyone, one stage, a tag or hand-picked
- A saved view of your contacts works as the list
- Duplicate numbers sent to once
02Their name in it
Their name in it, and wording that isn't copy-paste.
Eighty identical texts read like spam, and customers treat them that way. Write yours once with their first name, their stage or any detail on their card. Add up to eight wordings and they rotate across the list.
- First name, stage, tags or any card detail
- A sentence with nothing to fill in is dropped
- Photos and files go with it

Farid Ismail

Hi Siti,Weekend cleaning slots are open for next week.Would a slot suit you?
03Your number, kept safe
Paced so your number doesn't look like spam.
Fire off 80 messages in a minute and WhatsApp notices. So it sends one at a time. Customers who wrote to you in the last day get theirs about 45 seconds apart, and everyone else about ten minutes apart, inside your sending hours.
- 9am to 9pm, and 60 started a day, on a new number
- Your own start time, finish time and hours for each broadcast
- A risk check every 10 minutes slows or pauses sending

04They said stop
Only for customers who said yes. Skip the ones who said stop.
A customer who asked you to stop last month shouldn't hear from you today. Broadcasts are for customers who've agreed to hear from you, and anyone who opted out, asked you to stop or has Do not contact ticked is left out, and checked again right before their message goes.
- Checked when you plan it, and again before each message
- Your agent marks anyone who asks to stop
- Stop words like "remove me" caught by your reply rules

05After it goes out
See who wrote back. Reply in the same chat.
The replies are why you sent it. Everyone who writes back is marked on the broadcast, and their reply lands in your inbox on their own chat, so you answer it there.
- Who wrote back, marked on the broadcast
- Replies on each customer's own chat
- Retry only the ones that failed

06Before you press start
Test it on your own phone first.
A typo in front of 80 customers is hard to take back. Send a test to your own number first. Once it's going, pause it, cancel what hasn't gone, or skip one person.
- A test to your own phone
- Pause and resume any time
- Cancel whatever hasn't gone yet

Before you send
Will a broadcast get my number banned?
Nobody can promise that, and WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk". So it sends the way a careful person would: one message at a time, about ten minutes apart to people who haven't written lately, inside your sending hours, with the wording varied. A risk check every ten minutes slows it down or pauses it.
Slowly, on purpose. People who wrote to you in the last day get theirs about 45 seconds apart. Everyone else goes about ten minutes apart, and a new number starts up to 60 a day. So 100 customers you haven't chatted with lately take about two days.
Customers who've agreed to hear from you. Sending to strangers is how numbers get reported. Anyone who opts out is left out of every broadcast after that.
A broadcast list only reaches people who saved your number. Here each person gets their own message from your number, with their name in it, as an ordinary chat, so it arrives whether or not they saved you.
Yes. Set a start time, a finish-by time and the hours of the day it's allowed to send.
Yes. Put in their first name, their stage or any detail on their card. A sentence whose details are all empty for someone is dropped from their copy.
No. Your own number links by QR code from WhatsApp's Linked devices, and WhatsApp stays on your phone. There are no Business API forms to fill in.
There's no public price for the AI agent yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
