Fees and timings
Parents ask three centres the same questions.
A parent messages three centres about P5 Math: which days, how much, is there a trial? The one that answers with the timetable and a trial class often gets the visit. The agent answers from your timetable and fees, and books the trial.
01Timetable and fees
Stop typing the same timetable for every parent.
Upload your timetable and fees as a PDF, text or CSV file. The agent answers parents from them by level and subject, in your words. Fee answers start off on a new agent. Switch its house rules to Business, and it quotes only the fees you've written down.
- Asks the level and subject before it answers
- Voice notes turned into text
- A class you don't list goes to a person
02Trial class
Book the trial class from the slots you've opened.
When a parent wants a trial, the agent offers the free times on your booking page and books one. It lands on your Google Calendar, and the parent can move it in the same chat.
- Up to four booking pages, like trial classes and consultations
- Up to four reminders before the class
- Level and subject saved on the card
03Hand over
Pass the tricky questions to you.
Some chats need you: a child who's struggling, a sibling discount, a complaint. List those as topics that always go to a person. The agent hands the chat over with what the parent asked and why it stopped.
- The hand-over reaches your WhatsApp or a Lark group
- Assign chats to the tutor who teaches that level
- Type a reply yourself, and it steps back
And the rest
What it does for the centre, and what it won't

Questions tuition centres ask first
Many do, and it hands those chats over. Tell it anyone who asks for a teacher goes straight to a person. It answers the timetable and fee questions, so your teachers have time for the parents who need them.
It replies in the one language you set on it. Your team inbox translates between English and Chinese, so a teacher can read a Chinese message and answer it.
No. It offers only the free times on your booking page, so close a slot there and it stops offering it.
Nobody can promise it won't, and WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk". So it sends carefully. A new number starts no chats on day one, three on day two and ten a day until day six. Someone who never wrote back is never chased.
There's no public price for the AI agent yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough, before you link a number.
