AI agent for restaurants
Answer 'table for 8?' without the phone tag.
The AI agent answers menu, hours and reservation questions on your WhatsApp, takes the date and headcount and hands each booking to your floor team.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
- Menus and photos sent from your files
- Takes the date and the headcount
Hi, table for 8 this Saturday 7pm? It's a birthday. Can we bring our own cake?
Marcus, 7:46pmHi Marcus! Yes, you're welcome to bring a cake, and we'll keep it chilled for you. Saturday 7pm for 8, noted. Any dietary needs I should pass on?

Dinner rush
Nobody checks WhatsApp during the dinner rush. Your diners don't know that.
During service every hand is on a plate. A regular asks for a table for eight and hears nothing until closing. The agent answers during service, takes the details and hands the booking to whoever's on the floor when they get a minute.
01The same questions
Answer the same questions once.
Opening hours, parking, whether they can bring a cake, what's on the set menu. Upload your FAQ and your menu, and the agent answers from them. When someone asks for the menu, it sends the PDF or the photos.
- Menus as PDF or photos, sent from your files
- Hours and FAQs as text or PDF
- Prices only once you turn them on
02Reservations
Take the date and the headcount for your floor team.
The agent asks for the date, the time, how many and the occasion, and writes them onto the guest's card. It can't see your reservation book, so it never confirms a table by itself. Your floor team does that, in the same chat.
- Date, time and headcount on the card
- Hand-overs to WhatsApp or a Lark group
03Parties and catering
Get party and catering enquiries with the details filled in.
A company dinner or a catering order is worth a call. The agent asks for the date, the headcount and where it's for, tags it and hands it to the person who quotes, with the reason.
- Tagged so the big ones stand out
- Handed to the person who quotes
- Notes your team can add to

Questions restaurant owners ask first
No. It can't see your reservation book, so it never confirms a table by itself. It takes the details and hands the booking to your floor team, who confirm it.
Yes. Upload your menu as a PDF or photos, and it sends the file when someone asks for it.
Only once you turn that on. A new agent never quotes a price, so price questions go to you until you switch it to quote your own. Then it quotes only what's in your price list, and never rounds or discounts one.
Nobody can promise it won't, and WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk". So it sends carefully. A new number starts no chats on day one, three on day two and ten a day until day six. After that, first messages to new leads go about an hour apart, and a risk check slows or pauses them when your number looks at risk.
There's no public price yet. On the walkthrough, you'll get a price for your number and your team.
