AI agent for home services

Homeowners ask for a price and a slot. Answer both on your own number.

An AI agent answers your WhatsApp from your price list, books the visit into your calendar and sends a burst pipe or a dead aircon straight to you.

30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.

  • Your own number
  • Quiet from 11pm, unless you change it
  • Reads the photos they send
An aircon servicing number

While you're on a job

The job you're on can cost you the next one.

You're on a job when three people message for a quote. By the time you see them, two have booked whoever answered. The agent answers them from your price list, books the slot and keeps the urgent ones for you.

01Quote

Answer the price question without putting down your tools.

Upload your price list as a PDF, text or CSV file. The agent answers from it in your words, and reads the photos people send of a leak or a broken unit. Price answers start off on a new agent. Once you switch its house rules to Business, it answers anyone who messages and quotes only the prices you've written down.

  • Never estimates a job your list doesn't price
  • Voice notes turned into text
  • Asks for the address and unit number

02Book

Book the visit into a slot you actually have.

It offers the free times on your booking page, so it never books a slot your team doesn't have. The job lands on your Google Calendar, and the customer can move it in the same chat.

  • Up to four booking pages, like servicing and repairs
  • Your booking page's hours and buffers still apply
  • Moves or cancels in the chat

03Urgent

Send the urgent jobs to the right person.

A burst pipe or a tripped power point can't wait for the next open slot. List those as topics that always go to a person. The agent hands the chat over with what they said and why, and the alert reaches your WhatsApp or your team's Lark group.

  • A push on the phone of whoever has the chat
  • One reminder the next day if nobody picks it up
  • Type a reply yourself, and it steps back

And the rest
