WhatsApp message generator: the replies you type twenty times a day, written once
Eight messages a service business sends every week, with your name, prices and times filled in.
Reply to a new enquiry
161 characters. 4 gaps left in [brackets].
Let the agent send these for youPick it, fill it, send it
The message changes as you type. Anything you leave blank stays in [square brackets].
- 01Pick what you're replying to: a new enquiry, a price question, a booking or a reminder.
- 02Fill in your business, the service, the price and the time. Leave out what you don't need.
- 03Copy the message, or open it in WhatsApp and pick who to send it to.
What makes a reply get a reply
The eight messages follow the same four habits.
Answer the question first. If they asked the price, the price is in the first line.
Give one next step. "Shall I book you in for Saturday?" gets an answer. "Let me know" often doesn't.
Keep it short enough to read on the lock screen. Most of these are under 300 characters.
Sound like a person. Use your own name, and the customer's when you have it.
When typing them yourself is the bottleneck
The generator gets the words right. Palby AI Agent, which we make, sends them at the right moment, on your own number.
- It answers the price question from your price list, in your words
- It offers your free times and confirms the booking
- It checks in once when a chat goes quiet, at least 24 hours later and never at night
- It hands the hot ones to a person, so a real conversation never gets a template
