WhatsApp bot builder
Stop typing the same three questions to every new chat.
It says hello, asks your questions in your order and saves each answer. The ready ones come to you, and the rest get the guide they asked for.

Five steps
Your first chats, asked the same way every time
01A new chat
A new chat gets a hello and a question, not silence.
Someone messages for the first time and the bot answers from your number, with your hello and your first question. Outside your hours, it can say when you're back, and still ask.
- Starts when a new chat does
- A different hello outside your hours
- From the WhatsApp number you already use
Outside your hours (Mon to Fri, 9am to 7pm)
02The same three questions
Budget, timing and what they want, saved to their card.
Ask in the order you always do. Each answer is checked as it comes in and saved to their card or as a tag, so you read it at a glance instead of scrolling back.
- Choices as a numbered list, so "2" is an answer
- Numbers, dates, phones and emails checked
- Answers saved to a card field or a tag
What are you looking for? 1. A quote 2. A call back 3. Just some info

03When the answer doesn't fit
A messy answer gets asked again, not a dead end.
Someone types "maybe after CNY" to a question with three choices. AI can read it and pick the choice they meant. If it still doesn't fit, the bot asks again.
- AI reads answers written in their own words
- Asks again, up to the number of times you set
- No reply? A different path after the wait you choose
When would you like to start? 1. This month 2. In 3 months 3. Just looking
04The ready ones
Hand the ready ones to whoever's next in turn.
Branch on their answers. The ones ready this month go to you or the next teammate in turn, and the rest get the guide they asked for.
- If or else, on any answer they gave
- In turn, or to whoever has the fewest open chats
- Or let your AI agent take the chat from there
If "When" is This month
05Booking the meeting
Book the meeting from the same chat.
The bot offers three to six of your free times from the next two weeks. They reply with the number of the one they want, and it's booked.
- 3 to 6 free times, four by default
- Booked on your booking page and your Google Calendar
Here are a few times I'm free: 1. Tue 11:00am 2. Wed 4:30pm 3. Thu 3:00pm Just reply with the number.

Before you build
Questions before you build your first bot
A set of questions and replies that runs on your WhatsApp number when a chat starts. Here it greets the new chat, asks your questions, saves the answers to their card, and hands the ready ones to you or books a meeting.
No. Start from a ready-made bot, like a welcome message or a chat menu, and change the words. Or describe what you want and AI drafts the steps for you to check. Nothing goes live until you publish it.
Because it asks only the few questions you'd ask, then gets out of the way. When an answer doesn't fit, AI reads it instead of looping, and the ready ones come to you. For the questions a script can't cover, hand the chat to an AI agent that writes its own replies.
Sometimes. Up to three short choices can go as buttons, a test feature on linked numbers. If WhatsApp doesn't show them, the numbered list goes instead, and a reply of "2" counts.
Before the bot sends anything, it checks the chat. If someone on your team has already written to them, or they've opted out, the queued message isn't sent.
Nobody can promise it won't, and WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk". The bot's messages wait their turn at your number's pace, about 30 seconds apart, so a burst of new chats is answered one after another.
There's no public price for the AI agent yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
