WhatsApp lead generation
Stop losing the WhatsApp leads you already paid for.
Leads from your website button, your WhatsApp link, your lead sheet or another app land as contacts with where they came from, and hear from you on WhatsApp.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
- Your own number
- Website button and WhatsApp link
- AishaThe WhatsApp button on your websiteTagged web, answered by the agent
- MarcusYour lead sheet, "Term 1 ad"First message at 10:05am

Six moments
Where your leads come from, and what happens next
01They write first
Every WhatsApp lead, filed the moment they write.
You're with a customer when someone new messages your number. A contact card is made for them, with the channel, the number they wrote to and their first message. Your agent can answer them while you're busy.
- A card for every new chat
- Where they came from, on the card
- Moved from New to Replied as they write
- New chat, 4:12pmNurul: Hi, do you have Sec 2 maths on Saturdays?
02Your website
A WhatsApp button on your website, tagged as a web lead.
Your website visitors would rather tap than fill in a form. Paste the button into your site and a tap opens a chat with your number. The chat files as a web lead with the button's tag, so you know it came from the site.
- A snippet to paste into your site
- Each chat tagged with the button it came from
- Or let the agent answer only chats from the button
Hi, I'm on your website. (ref 4HT9PA)
Priya, 8:40pmFrom your website button, tagged web
03Your lead sheet
Leads in your sheet get a first message from you.
Leads in a sheet go cold while they wait for someone to call. Share your Google Sheet by link and each new row becomes a lead, and a workflow sends the first message from your number with their name in it.
- The campaign each row came in under, kept on the card
- First messages about an hour apart
- New rowName: Marcus. Campaign: Term 1 ad.
04Another app
Leads from your form tool or Zapier get a hello too.
Your form tool already collects the leads. Send them to a workflow's web link, through Zapier or your own system. The workflow saves the contact and says hello on WhatsApp.
- A web link for each workflow
- The hello from your own number
- TriggerAnother app sends a contact, to this workflow's web link
05Where it came from
Know where every lead came from.
You paid for the ad, the flyer and the website. Each card keeps where its lead came from: the website button, the sheet, the app that sent it or a chat they started. Reports split leads and wins by campaign, so you can see which ones bought.
- The source on every card
- Wins by campaign, in reports
- The inbox filtered by number
- AishaCame from: the WhatsApp button on your website
06The first message
A first message to each new lead, without typing it.
Thirty new leads at once is a busy hour for you, and a risky one for your number. The hello goes out on its own, but not all at once. First messages to new leads leave about an hour apart, between 9am and 9pm on a new number, so a batch of leads doesn't look like spam.
- About an hour between first messages
- Held to your sending hours
- Your agent answers when they reply
- New lead from your form
- Send WhatsApp
- Add a card: New enquiry

And the rest
The rest of what happens when a lead arrives
Goes well with
Let the next lead start a chat, not fill a form.
Start with the button on your website.

Before your next ad
Where can my leads come from?
Your website's WhatsApp button, a WhatsApp link or QR code, a Google Sheet shared by link, or another app that sends them to a workflow, like Zapier or a form tool. Anyone who messages your number first becomes a lead too.
Not directly yet. An ad can link to your WhatsApp, and those chats land like any other. Or send the form's leads to a Google Sheet or through Zapier.
Not on their own yet. Today a form tool can send its leads through Zapier or a workflow's web link.
Because 30 first messages in a minute is what gets a number restricted, and WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk". So they go out about an hour apart. Anyone who messages you first doesn't wait in that line: the agent answers them.
Not first messages. On a new number those go out between 9am and 9pm.
No. It works on the WhatsApp you already use, linked by QR code.
There's no public price for the AI agent yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
