AI lead qualification
Spot the hot WhatsApp leads before they go cold.
Leads write in. The agent asks what you'd ask, sorts them by stage, and passes the hot ones to a person.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.

Ten enquiries
From first message to a sorted lead
Ten enquiries came in, and two will book this week. Without someone asking the same three questions, you find out which two after reading all ten.
01The questions
Collect the details you always ask for.
Write down the questions you'd ask a new lead: the size of the flat, the day they want, roughly what they'll spend. The agent asks them in the chat and fills in the contact card from the answers.
- Name, email and the details you name
- Tell it to record only what they said
- Tags for what they asked about
What are you looking for? 1. A quote 2. A call back 3. Just some info

02The stage
Move each lead to the stage it's earned.
Tie each stage to something the lead did. Asked for a price is Replied. Picked a slot is Booked. The agent moves the lead when that happens, and it can move their card on your pipeline board too.
- New, Replied, Booked, Won and Lost
- Board columns too, if you turn that on
- Tags on and off, by your rules

03The hot ones
Pass the hot ones to a person, with the reason.
Some leads are ready now. They want to pay, ask for a discount or ask for a person. The agent hands those over with who they are, what they said and why it stopped, so you read that before you type.
- Topics that always go to a person
- Tell it to hand over at once when someone asks for a human
- The alert reaches your WhatsApp or your Lark group
When would you like the clean?
If they want it this week
04Before it acts
Keep the final call on a lead with you.
Not ready to let it move leads on its own? Turn on asking first. The agent decides, and a person taps yes in the chat before the stage changes or the chat closes.
- Asks before closing a chat
- Asks before changing a stage
- Every message it sends sits in the inbox

05In a workflow
Turn sorting leads by hand into a workflow.
Workflows sort leads too. Ask a question and save the answer to their card. Let AI read their message and pick a path, like "Asking about price" or "Wants to book". Or send them down a path by their tags and answers.
- Ask a Question saves the answer to the card
- AI Fills In Fields leaves anything they didn't say empty
- If / Else on details, tags or answers
And the rest
Less manual sorting, in small ways
Goes well with
Let the agent sort your enquiries.
Start with the three questions you ask every new lead.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
Before it sorts your leads
Will it turn away a good lead?
No, it doesn't turn anyone away on its own. It asks your questions and moves stages by your rules. When it isn't sure, it says nothing and hands the chat to a person.
The ones you write. Most businesses start with three: what they need, when, and roughly what they want to spend.
Not with a number. It sorts them by stage and tags, and the hot ones come to you with the reason.
Only if you write ten. It asks the questions you give it, in your words, and you try it in a test chat before any customer sees it.
The agent replies in the one language you set on it. The inbox can translate between English and Chinese for your team.
There's no public price for the AI agent yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
