Where do I connect Google Calendar?

To your booking page, once. That page holds your free times and sends the invite, and the agent books on it.

What if they don't turn up?

A booking marked missed can start a workflow, so the next step isn't left to memory.

Can it book outside office hours?

It answers until 11pm by default, and it books only the times your page offers.
