Lark WhatsApp integration
No hand-over left in someone's personal WhatsApp.
Hand-overs land in the group as cards, with who it is, what they said and why.

What lands in your Lark group
A hand-over that goes to one person's WhatsApp sits there while they're with a customer. In the team's Lark group, whoever's free sees it.
01Hand-overs
Hand-over cards the whole team can see.
When the agent hands a chat over, a card lands in the group with who it is, their number, what they said and why. The whole team sees it, and whoever's free opens the chat from the card.

02The next day
Nobody picked it up? The group hears again a day later.
If nobody replies in the chat, one reminder goes to the group a day later, mentioning everyone. A reminder due between 9pm and 9am waits for 9am. Then it stops.
- One reminder per hand-over

03Your number
Hear when a number's sending gets risky.
Numbers get restricted when they send too much, too fast. A risk check reads each number every ten minutes, and the first time a number's heat reaches your level in a day, the group hears about it. The level starts at 20.
- Once a day per number at most
- Your own level, or off

04Into WhatsApp
Turn each lead your team adds in Lark into a WhatsApp chat.
Some teams log new leads in Lark first. A Lark automation can send each one's number to a workflow's web link, and the workflow texts them from your number.
- Only requests with that link's secret key get in
- Texted at the same safe pace as every first message
- Lark, 11:05amWei Jie logs a new lead: Hui Min, 9034 5521

Goes well with
Bring the hand-overs to where your team already talks.
Start with the group your team already reads all day.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
Before you connect Lark
Will hand-overs drown out the group's other messages?
Not by default. Only hand-overs post there until you turn on lead alerts or bookings, and each hand-over gets one reminder at most.
No. The card opens the chat in the inbox, and you reply there.
Your WhatsApp alert number gets the hand-over instead.
It doesn't read your Lark. It only posts cards to the one group whose bot link you paste.
There's no public price for the AI agent yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
