AI agent for SaaS
Answer how-do-I questions from your docs. Book demos for the rest.
Prospects ask product questions on your WhatsApp. The agent answers from your help docs, books the demo and passes you the rest.

Hi, does your rostering app work for 3 outlets with shared staff?
Arjun, 8:20pmHi Arjun, yes. Each outlet gets its own roster, and shared staff show up on all three. How many staff are on your rosters in total?

Arjun, 8:22pmThanks! A 30-minute demo would show it on a setup like yours. Wednesday 2pm or Thursday 10am?

Inbound
The prospect who waits a day books a demo with someone else.
A prospect asks a product question on WhatsApp. Your sales team sees it hours later, after the prospect has booked two demos elsewhere. The agent answers from your help docs and puts the demo on your calendar.
01Answer
Answer product questions from your own help docs.
A prospect asks whether you export to CSV, and the answer is already in your help centre. Add your help centre and product pages, and upload your guides as PDF or text. The agent answers from them and re-reads your site daily or weekly, so this month's release reaches the next answer.
- Up to eight website pages, plus four links
- Guides and docs as PDF or text
- Screenshots they send get read
02Qualify and book
Qualify the prospect, then book the demo.
Your sales team asks every prospect the same three things before a demo: team size, what they use now, and when they want to switch. The agent asks them in the chat, saves the answers to the card and books the demo from your booking page.
- Answers saved to the contact card
- Up to four booking pages, one per kind of call
- Hot prospects handed to sales, with why
03Customers
Put existing customers in front of the right person.
A customer writes in about a failed invoice, and it lands in the sales queue. Tag your customers as clients, and a ready-made workflow skips the greeting and puts them in front of their account person. Billing problems and bug reports go to a person, with what the customer said.
- Hand-over alerts on WhatsApp or in a Lark group
- Chats shared by hand, in turn or by who's least busy
- Notes with @mentions in the team inbox
04Your app
Stop copying leads between your app and WhatsApp.
Someone fills in the demo form on your website, and a salesperson copies the number into WhatsApp by hand. Give a workflow its own web link instead: your app or form sends the phone number, and the workflow texts that person. A step can also send a lead's details to Slack, Zapier, Make or your own app.
- Its own secret key on each link
- A Google Sheets row from any workflow
- Hand-overs in Lark

Questions software teams ask first
It answers only from your docs and the instructions you wrote, and when it isn't sure, it says nothing and hands the chat over. You test it in a test chat before it goes live, and every version is kept.
No. The agent can't call your app by itself. A workflow can send a lead's details to your app by web link, but account questions go to your team.
Yes. Add more than one number, and each gets its own inbox.
Nobody can promise it won't, and WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk". So it sends carefully. A new number starts no chats on day one, three on day two and ten a day until day six. After that, first messages to new leads go about an hour apart, and a risk check slows or pauses them when your number looks at risk.
There's no public price yet. On the walkthrough, you'll get a price for your number and your team.
