Mr Lim, 6:52pmHi Mr Lim, yes, we carry the 25mm stainless ball valve. Here's the datasheet. The minimum order is 50 pieces, so 200 is fine.

The RFQ
A request for a quote that sits on one phone is a lost order.
A buyer sends a request for a quote to the salesperson they know. That salesperson is on leave, and nobody else can see the chat. The agent answers on the company number, sends the datasheet and routes the request to whoever can quote it.
01Specs
Answer spec and minimum order questions from your catalogue.
A dealer asks whether the valve comes in 40mm, and what the minimum order is. The answer is on page 12 of your catalogue. Upload your catalogues and datasheets as PDF and your product list as CSV, and the agent answers from them.
- Catalogues and datasheets as PDF
- Product lists as CSV
- Photos of a part they send get read
02Datasheets
Send the right datasheet without waiting for sales.
Buyers ask for the same datasheets every week, and each request waits for a salesperson to find the file. Upload them once. The agent sends the one they ask for and says what it's sending, so sales joins when there's a quote to give.
- Files from a library you upload
- It says what it's sending
- No made-up links
03Routing
Route each request for a quote to the person who can quote it.
A request for 200 valves needs the person who prices valves, not whoever picked up the phone. Tag requests by product line, and send them by hand, in turn or to whoever has the fewest open. Each one arrives with the part, the quantity and the date.
- Tags by product line
- Hand-overs with the part, quantity and date
- Alerts on WhatsApp or in Lark
04Company number
Keep buyer chats on the company number.
A salesperson leaves, and years of dealer chats leave on their phone. Run your sales line as one team inbox instead, or add more than one number with an inbox each. When someone leaves, the buyer chats stay with you, with every note.
- One team inbox per number
- Notes with @mentions
- Who has each chat, in view

Questions manufacturers ask first
It answers only from your catalogues and datasheets, and when it isn't sure, it says nothing and hands the chat to a person. Custom specs and pricing go to sales.
Only if your catalogue or website says it. It can't see your stock system, so live stock and lead times go to sales.
Yes. Tag your dealers as clients, and a ready-made workflow puts them straight in front of their account person.
Nobody can promise it won't, and WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk". So it sends carefully. A new number starts no chats on day one, three on day two and ten a day until day six. After that, first messages to new leads go about an hour apart, and a risk check slows or pauses them when your number looks at risk.
There's no public price yet. On the walkthrough, you'll get a price for your number and your team.
