AI agent for logistics
Get every quote request with the size, addresses and date filled in.
Customers ask for quotes while your team is on the road. The agent asks for everything the quote needs and hands it to your team.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
- Reads the photos customers send
- Quote requests handed over with the details
Hi, need to move from a 3-room in Clementi to a condo in Sengkang on 6 Dec. How much?
Aisyah, 8:33pmHi Aisyah, happy to get you a quote. Roughly how many big items are there, and is there a lift at both places? A few photos of the rooms help too.
The agent, 8:33pmAsked your quote questions3 photos sent. Lift at both
Aisyah, 8:37pmThanks, that's clear. I've passed the photos, both addresses and 6 Dec to our team, and they'll send your quote here.

On the road
A quote request missing the date and the size is three more messages.
Your team is out on a job when someone asks for a moving quote. They give the from and the to, but not the date, the lift or the size. By the time you've asked, they've taken another quote. The agent asks for all of it in the first chat and hands your team a request they can price.
01Quote details
Get the addresses, the date and the size in one chat.
Write down what you ask before every quote: the addresses, the date, the size, a lift, anything fragile. The agent asks for it and writes the answers onto the contact card. Photos customers send get read, and voice notes are turned into text.
- Your quote questions, in your words
- Answers saved to the card
- Photos and voice notes read
02Hand over
Hand each quote request to the right person.
The agent hands the request over with who it is, what they need and why it stopped. Chats go out by hand, in turn or to whoever has the fewest open, and a hand-over card can land in your team's Lark group.
- Hand-over alerts on WhatsApp or in Lark
- Urgent jobs sorted to the top with a ready-made workflow
03Form leads
Turn your quote form into a WhatsApp chat.
Connect the Google Sheet your quote form fills in. Each new row becomes a lead, and the first message goes out from your number, spaced out, so the agent can ask what the form left out.
- New rows become leads
- First messages spaced out
- Or send leads in by web link

Goes well with
Let quote requests arrive ready to price.
Start with the questions you ask before every quote.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
Before it answers your customers
Can it tell customers where their delivery is?
Not by itself. It can't see your tracking or your drivers, so a where-is-my-delivery chat goes to your team with the question attached. Where it helps most is the quote request, before the job exists.
Only once you turn that on. A new agent never quotes a price, so price questions go to you until you switch it to quote your own. Then it quotes only what's in your price list, and never rounds or discounts one.
Yes. Photos and PDFs customers send get read, so the agent can use what's in them in the chat.
Nobody can promise it won't, and WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk". So it sends carefully. A new number starts no chats on day one, three on day two and ten a day until day six. After that, first messages to new leads go about an hour apart, and a risk check slows or pauses them when your number looks at risk.
There's no public price yet. On the walkthrough, you'll get a price for your number and your team.
