Multiple WhatsApp numbers

Stop juggling a phone for every WhatsApp number.

Link each number by QR code. Every business line gets an inbox of its own, and your team works them all from one screen.

Every number

One screen for every number you run

Three numbers usually means three phones on the counter, and nobody sure who answered the message on the sales line.

01Linking

Link each number by QR code, the way you'd link WhatsApp Web.

Open Linked devices on the phone and scan the code. WhatsApp keeps working on that phone as normal. Each number has its own Green API instance behind it, and its id and token go in once.

  • No new number to buy
  • The code refreshes itself until you scan it
Numbers - add the Sales line
  1. Step 1Put in its Green API id and token, once

02Business lines

Give each business line an inbox of its own.

Your shop line and your sales line don't need to share one list. Give a business line its own inbox, and everyone who writes to it lands there, apart from your other numbers.

  • Anyone who writes in becomes a lead
  • Its own AI agent, if you want one
  • Labels, notes and stages, as in any inbox

03Staff phones

Link a staff phone without filing their personal chats.

Some of your team sell from their own phones. Link one as somebody's own phone, and only leads from your lead sheet come into the inbox. Their family chats stay on the phone.

  • Pick own phone or business line, per number
  • WhatsApp keeps working on their phone as normal

04Access

Keep each number's chats with the people who answer them.

Your part-timer answers the shop line but doesn't need the sales line. Share a business with a teammate and pick how far in they go. View lets them read its chats, use lets them answer them, and manage lets them change its setup.

  • View, use or manage, per business
  • Agents, workflows and broadcasts shared on their own
  • Only an admin adds a number

  2. Nurul, Sales lineNot shared, so she never sees it

05Status

Every number's state, in one row.

A phone that's logged out stops bringing in chats, and nobody notices for a day. All your numbers sit in one row, each with its own state, and the fix for the one that needs relinking sits right beside it.

  • Linked, or what's wrong with it
  • The fix beside the number
  • The number a sheet sends from is marked

06Sending

Warm up a new number without slowing the others.

Each number keeps its own pace. A new one warms up for a week: nothing to leads on day one, three on day two, then ten a day until day six. Your older numbers carry on as before.

  • Its own daily budget and gaps
  • A risk check on each number every ten minutes
  • A heads-up in Lark when it heats up

And the rest

Small things that help when you run several numbers

Reply on any lineA workflow can start when they write back on any of your numbers.
The right numberA workflow sends from the number they last talked to, or one you pick.
Alerts from one numberNew-lead alerts leave from your alert number, not the customer's line.
One agent per numberEach number has the AI agent you put on it.
TranslateThe inbox translates English and Chinese on every number.
Each its own warm-upA new number's first week doesn't touch the others.
