Track sales team activity
Track your sales team's activity this week, not next month.
Rep activity drops quietly. Here's how to track it week by week, in four steps, with no CRM and no form.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
- Your team logs from their phone, or with /log in Telegram.
| Name | Points | Calls | Meetings | Proposals | Avg/Day |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Priya Nair | 38 | 18 | 4 | 2 | 12.7 |
| Daniel Tan | 27 | 21 | 2 | 0 | 9.0 |
| Farid Ismail | 23 | 10 | 3 | 1 | 7.7 |
| Wei Ling Goh | 4 | 4 | 0 | 0 | 1.3 |
A phone sales team on This week, with made-up names. A call is worth 1 point, a meeting 3 and a proposal 4.
Last month
Rep activity drops quietly, and nobody tells you
Results arrive after the work is done. By the time a slow month shows up in the numbers, the calls that would have changed it were weeks ago. Activity is the part you can still do something about, as long as you can see it.
01What to count
Track the number of calls and meetings held.
Count the few things your team does every day. Three to five tiles is plenty. Give each one points, so a meeting held counts for more than a call made. Rename the nine starting tiles to your team's words, and switch off the rest.
- Old entries keep the name and points they were logged with
- CallStarter tile, renamed1
- MeetingStarter tile, renamed3
- ProposalYour own tile, added4
- ClosedStarter tile, left as it was5
- Other 6 starter tilesSwitched offOld entries keep their name and points
02Logging
Get it logged as it happens, not from memory.
One tap per call. Log several at once, undo a wrong tap, or send /log in a private Telegram chat. Entries can't be dated more than 7 days back, and anything logged 2 or more days late is marked.
- You can read each edit for 14 days
- Daniel Tan3 calls for Monday, logged on WednesdayMarked late
- Farid Ismail1 meeting deleted yesterdayYou can read this edit
- Wei Ling GohTried to date a call 8 days backNot allowed: 7 days is the limit
03Read it
Spot the drop this week.
Read three things: who has no entry for 3 days, who's furthest behind their weekly goal, and whose calls have fallen against last week. The first two are on Needs you today. The third is on the board, with each tile's count beside every name.
- Switch between this week and last week
- Add Avg/Day and Avg/Week columns
- Tap a name to see their breakdown
| Name | Points | Calls | Meetings | Proposals |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Priya Nair | 38 | 18 | 4 | 2 |
| Daniel Tan | 27 | 21 | 2 | 0 |
| Farid Ismail | 23 | 10 | 3 | 1 |
| Wei Ling Goh | 4 | 4 | 0 | 0 |
04Act
Send a nudge, or book the 1:1.
A nudge rings their bell in the app. Cheer someone who's on pace. For anything that needs a talk, open their card and start from their last two weeks.
- Share a booking link with your coaching hours
- Wei Ling GohQuiet: no entry for 3 days4
- Farid IsmailBehind pace for Wednesday23

What to track
What to track, and what it tells you
A starting set for a team that sells by phone and in meetings.
| Activity | When it drops, ask |
|---|---|
| Calls made | Is something else eating their day? |
| Meetings booked | Are the calls landing? |
| Meetings held | Are bookings turning up? |
| Proposals sent | Are meetings finding a real need? |

Common questions about tracking sales activity
You can check. Entries can't go back more than 7 days, late ones are marked, and you can read every edit for 14 days. It can't prove a logged call happened.
No. Your team logs straight in. If you'd like to send entries from your own tools, there's an API.
You'll see that too, and that's the first talk to have. Each rep sees their own streak and goal, and the weekly post can name who logged nothing.
Logging never asks for their location, and the board counts only what they log. Everyone on the team sees the same board, and each person's target stays between them and their manager.
No. Your team logs straight in, so there's nothing to connect. If you'd like to send entries from your own tools, there's an API.
You'll meet some of its words. Your tiles, points and board use yours, but the weekly post's count line and a few screens keep insurance wording. We'll show you which ones on the walkthrough.
There's no public price for Palby Sales Tracker yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
