Sales CRM software
Your customers shouldn't live in your salesperson's phone.
Give every salesperson a list of who to follow up today, and see the same pipeline yourself, with every note and deal on the customer's record.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
- Starts with stages for general sales
- Bring a CSV of up to 2,000 rows

When someone leaves
When a salesperson leaves, their customers leave in their phone
Your best salesperson keeps 200 customers in her WhatsApp and a notebook. She's on leave, and nobody knows what Marina Logistics was quoted. She resigns, and the history goes with her. In a shared pipeline, every note, deal and follow-up sits on the customer's record, and the record stays with you.
01Today's list
See who each salesperson owes a call today.
You want to know who's behind before the sales meeting. Each salesperson opens Next activity due and sees who they owe a call today, with the reason on each card. You see the same pipeline, so a missed follow-up is a name on a list, not a surprise at month end.
- Next activity due, overdue first
- Stale cards, after 14 days in one stage
- No next step, for live customers with no date
02A new enquiry
Share out new customers in turn, and skip whoever's away.
Two salespeople are out on visits when a new enquiry comes in. Set new cards to go to each person in turn, or to whoever has the fewest open, and anyone marked Away is passed over. Every card shows who has it, so nobody calls the same customer twice.
- Take turns, or fewest open
- Away is passed over
- One owner on every card
03Before a stage move
Get the numbers into the pipeline as you go.
You want the week's quotes in one place, not in six heads. A stage can ask for the fields you need before a card moves in, like a Quote amount field before Proposal sent. Missing required fields lists the cards that skipped it, and a dashboard built from a template adds up the rest.
- Up to 10 required fields per stage
- Missing required fields, a view of its own
- A dashboard from a template adds up the week
A week on a sales team
One new customer, from shared out to won
A fictional six-person team selling office supplies, and one customer through a week.
- Monday, 9:10amA cafe owner messages the team's WhatsApp asking for a quote.A new card is made, and it goes to Hafiz, whose turn it is.
- Monday, 2pmHafiz calls and books a visit. His note goes on the record, the card moves to Contacted and the follow-up is Thursday.
- ThursdayHafiz sends a S$5,600 quote. The stage asks for the Quote amount field before the card moves to Proposal sent.
- Next TuesdayNo reply. The card is on Hafiz's Next activity due, and on yours, "2d overdue".
- Next WednesdayThe cafe signs.Won. It's in the count on the next dashboard.
Stages
Start with stages your team already says out loud.
Pick General sales when you start, and the board opens with New lead, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal sent, Won and Lost, and you can rename any of them. Each pipeline is shared on its own, so a second team can have stages of its own.
Goes well with
Start with one list your whole team follows up from.
Start with the spreadsheet your team keeps now.

Before your team moves in
Will your salespeople actually keep it updated?
Because it's their own list. The one thing they keep up is a date: set the next follow-up as they finish a call. Live customers with no date land in No next step, and cards quiet for 14 days in one stage get flagged, so you see who's slipping.
Who can download a pipeline is a separate choice from who can see and edit it. Pick a preset, like Manager or Finance or view only, or tick the boxes yourself.
No. Palby CRM doesn't place calls or read your email yet. Each salesperson notes what was said on the record. WhatsApp chats sit on the record once your number is linked by QR code.
Take away their access. Their customers, notes and deals stay in your pipeline, and new cards stop going to them.
Not Palby CRM. It keeps the chats on the record and tells you who to follow up. Answering enquiries for you is a separate Palby product: see how Palby answers WhatsApp enquiries.
There's no price list on the site yet. You'll get the price for your team on the walkthrough, before you commit to anything.
