After the quote

The quote went out. Then they booked with someone else

A family asks for a Hokkaido package for the December holidays. You spend an hour on the quote and send it. They say they'll think about it. Nobody follows up, and a week later they book online. Give each quote a follow-up date, and on that day they're first on your list.

01An enquiry

See every traveller's dates and budget on one record.

Add the fields you ask every traveller about, like Departure date, Travellers and Budget. Link the agency's WhatsApp number by QR code, and the chat sits on the record beside them, so anyone on the team can pick up the quote.

  • Your own fields, on every card
  • Chats on the record once your number is linked
  • The source kept on each card

02Quote sent

Follow up every package quote on the day you planned.

Move the card to Quote sent and pick a follow-up: Tomorrow, or Next week. On the day, they're on Next activity due, with the reason beside the name. A quote that sits 14 days in one stage gets flagged.

  • Quick dates in one tap
  • Overdue shows how late
  • Flagged after 14 days in one stage

03Before and after the trip

Know who departs next week, and who to ask back.

Set the Departure date field to remind you once, and an email arrives seven days before, in time to send the documents. After they're home, Inactive over 30 days lists past travellers to ask about the next school holidays.

  • A reminder seven days before departure
  • Inactive over 30 days, ready on every pipeline
  • A follow-up In a year, for next year's holiday
