Pipeline CRM
Stop guessing which deals are still alive.
Every customer is a card on a board, in the stages your trade uses. Drag it when they move, and see what's open, won and stuck.

Your spreadsheet
A spreadsheet shows rows. It doesn't show which quote is stuck
Forty rows, a Status column and colours only you understand. Daniel's quote has sat there nine days, and nothing on the sheet says so. On a board, he's a card in Quote sent with the days counted on it.
01Stages
Your pipeline, with your trade's stages.
Your team says "Quote sent" and "Job booked", not "Qualified" and "Proposal". Start from the stage set for your trade, from general sales and property to tuition, clinics, home services and recruitment, then rename, reorder and recolour the stages.
- Home services: Enquiry, Quote sent, Job booked, Job done, Paid, Lost
- Property: New lead, Viewing booked, Viewed, Offer made, Closed, Lost
- Delete a stage and its cards move to the one you pick
- Stage setHome services, for Renovation jobsAlso property, tuition, clinics, recruitment
02The board
See every customer by stage on one board.
Mrs Wong just booked the site visit. Drag her card across to Job booked, with a mouse or a thumb on your phone. Each stage is a column and each customer is a card.
- Group columns by stage, by a dropdown or by teammate
- Open a card to see the whole record
- Several pipelines, each with its own stages
03Deals
Keep each job a customer asks for as its own deal.
Mrs Wong wants the kitchen done now and the bathroom next year. Give her two deals, each with a name and an amount in S$, and mark each one won or lost on its own.
- Several deals per customer
- Products on a deal, with quantity, price and discount
- An expected close date on each deal
- Mrs WongKitchen now, bathroom next year
04Stuck
See which quotes are going stale, before they go cold.
Daniel's quote went out nine days ago and nobody has touched it since. Each stage flags a card that sits with no activity past its limit, 14 days unless you set another. The card shows "Stale 9d", and the Stale cards view lists every one.
- Your own limit per stage, or off
- Won and lost stages never go stale
- The count sits above the board
- Quote sentStale after 7 days, your own limit14 days unless you set another
05Before it moves
Stop a card moving on with the key details missing.
A job can't be booked without an address. Name up to ten fields a stage needs, and moving a card in asks for them first, with Save and move.
- Set per stage, under Needed to enter
- Any field, the deal value or the next follow-up
- A Missing required fields view finds the gaps
- Job booked, Needed to enterAddress, Deal value, Next follow-upUp to ten fields
06The grid
When you need the numbers, not the board.
You want every open quote by value. Switch to the grid and the same customers sit in rows, with your columns and their totals. Sort by days in stage or deal value, then switch back to the board.
- Days in stage, score and expected close as columns
- Column totals for amounts and numbers
- Export the grid as a CSV
- Grid, FridayQuote sent, sorted by deal valueThe same customers, in rows
And the rest
Small things that save the clean-up

Before you set it up
Tried a pipeline board and stopped updating it?
Moving a card is one drag, and the board tells you when one stops moving. Quiet cards get flagged, and a stage can ask for what it needs, so the gaps show up on their own.
Yes. Each pipeline has its own stages, fields, cards and views, so sales and after-sales service can sit apart.
Any time. Rename, reorder or recolour them, and the cards stay where they are.
You pick another stage, and its cards move there before it goes.
In your phone's browser, laid out for a phone. Drag cards with your thumb. There's no App Store or Google Play app yet.
There's no public price for Palby CRM yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
