Palby CRM: best if you sell one to one from your own number and want each chat on the customer's record, with today's follow-ups on one list.
Privyr: best if you want new leads messaged and chased from your phone.
Pepper Cloud: best for Singapore SMEs that want a sales CRM on the WhatsApp Business API, with local support.
HubSpot: best if you already market by email in HubSpot and can move to a Professional plan.
Pipedrive: best if your deals already sit in Pipedrive.
respond.io: best for a busy team inbox across WhatsApp and other channels, beside the CRM you have.
Wati: best for teams that send campaigns to large lists on the Business API.
First, decide which kind you need
A CRM that keeps the chat on the customer: Palby CRM, Pepper Cloud, HubSpot and Pipedrive. The chat sits on the record beside the deal and the next follow-up.
A WhatsApp inbox beside your CRM: respond.io and Wati. Your team answers in one shared inbox, and the customer record lives in the CRM you connect.
A phone app that chases new leads: Privyr. New leads get messaged and followed up from your phone.
How we picked
How it connects to your number: the WhatsApp Business API, or the WhatsApp you already use. That decides what you set up first, and whether you need Meta-approved templates to message someone who hasn't written in 24 hours.
Whether a chat lands on the customer's record, with the next follow-up beside it.

Palby CRM
We make Palby CRM.
Link the number your customers already message, from your phone: Settings, Linked devices, Link a device. Each chat then sits on the customer's record, beside their notes, tasks and deals. There's no Business API, so there are no templates to get approved.
It opens on Next activity due: everyone whose follow-up is due today or overdue. Consent is kept per channel, with when and how it was given, and Do not contact sits on the record.
Best for: people who sell one to one from their own number, alone or with a small team.
Pick something else if: you need the WhatsApp Business API, or want campaigns sent to thousands at once. Wati and Pepper Cloud are built for that.
Price: no public price yet. You get one on the walkthrough.
Privyr
Privyr is an app for following up leads from your phone. It works with your existing WhatsApp Business number, and lets you message a new lead as soon as they come in.
Best for: salespeople who want new leads messaged and chased from their phone.
Pick something else if: you want WhatsApp campaigns and the auto-responder in the base price. They're paid add-ons.
Price: Free Forever for up to three team members, with limits on how many leads you can engage. Pro is priced per user, for up to 20, with a 14-day trial and no card.
Pepper Cloud is a WhatsApp CRM for Singapore SMEs. It connects WhatsApp through the Cloud API on your existing number, and your whole team can chat from that one number. Pepper Cloud says it's a Pre-Approved Solution under IMDA's SMEs Go Digital programme. Enterprise Singapore ended the PSG grant on 29 September 2026 and moved business grant support to the EDGE Grant, so check what applies with Enterprise Singapore before you buy.
Best for: Singapore SMEs that want a sales CRM on the Business API.
Pick something else if: you want to see a price before you book a demo.
Price: not printed. Starter covers up to 5 users, Growth 10 to 12 and Enterprise 50+, each by demo.
HubSpot's CRM is free for up to two users. WhatsApp comes into its shared inbox on Marketing Hub or Service Hub Professional or Enterprise, with a WhatsApp Business account. Its help page asks for admin permission on your company's Meta Business Manager first.
Best for: teams already marketing by email in HubSpot.
Pick something else if: you want WhatsApp on the free plan. It needs Professional.
Price: CRM free for two users. Sales Hub Professional from SGD 126 a seat a month, shown in Singapore.
Pipedrive is a sales CRM with a WhatsApp Business integration. Chats sync to the deal and person records in your pipeline. Its page says Meta needs an approved template to start a chat with someone who hasn't written in 24 hours, and that WhatsApp automations are coming soon.
Best for: sales teams whose deals already run in Pipedrive.
Pick something else if: you want WhatsApp automations today. Its page says they're on the way.
Price: from US$14 a seat a month billed annually (Lite) to US$79 (Ultimate), with a 14-day trial and no card.

Questions people ask about WhatsApp CRMs
A CRM where your WhatsApp chats land on the customer's record. The conversation, their stage and the next follow-up sit together, instead of in one person's phone.
Not for every tool. Pepper Cloud, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Wati connect through the Business API, which means Meta-approved templates to start a chat with someone who hasn't written in 24 hours. Palby CRM links the WhatsApp you already use as a device, so there are no templates to get approved.
Nobody can promise WhatsApp won't act on a number, and WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk". In Palby CRM you type each reply yourself, from your own number. If you need the Business API, the other tools here connect through it.
Pepper Cloud says SMEs can get up to 50% business grant support, as a Pre-Approved Solution under IMDA's SMEs Go Digital programme. Enterprise Singapore ended the PSG grant on 29 September 2026 and moved support to the EDGE Grant, so check with Enterprise Singapore and the vendor before you buy.
On the pages we read: Wati from S$119 a month billed annually for three users, respond.io from US$79 billed yearly and Pipedrive from US$14 a seat, with message fees on top for the API tools. Pepper Cloud doesn't print prices, and Palby CRM has no public price yet.
Yes. In Palby CRM you share the inbox and the pipeline with your team, to view, use or manage. Pepper Cloud, respond.io and Wati also put a team on one number.
