Find the customers you nearly forgot, without scrolling.
Save the filters you keep setting as a view. Ten come ready on every pipeline, and Next activity due is the first.

The daily sort
Your follow-up list, built once
Every day you open the spreadsheet, sort by date, filter by status and scroll. By the time the list is right, the first parent has already called.
01Step 1
Start on Next activity due.
Next activity due is the first view on every pipeline: everyone whose follow-up, task or meeting is today or overdue. Overdue ones show how late they are, like "2d overdue", and they stay on the list until you set the next date.
- Today and overdue, nothing else
- Archived cards left out
- They stay until you set the next date
02Step 2
Find the ones who went quiet, in a view that's already built.
Nine more views come ready: Created in the last 7 days, Never contacted, No next step, Inactive over 30 days, Stale cards, Birthdays, Clients, Hot leads and Missing required fields. Each one is a list you'd otherwise build by hand.
- Never contacted: no call, note or task logged yet
- No next step: an open card with no date set
- Inactive over 30 days: nothing logged for a month
- Never contactedRachel Ng, Benjamin Koh. No call, note or task yet2
03Step 3
Filter by any field, the way you'd say it out loud.
Match all or any of your conditions: Stage is Quote sent, Last activity more than 14 days, Expected close in the next 30 days. Group conditions, or flip one with Not. Every field you add can be filtered, and so can source, campaign and consent.
- All, any or none of a group
- Up to 5 groups of 10 conditions
- Dates: before, after, in the next, in the last
- MatchAll of theseOr any, or none
04Step 4
Save a filter once, and use it every day.
Tap Save as new view, and the filter becomes a tab on the pipeline. Everyone who can open the pipeline gets it, so your team works the same list. Copy a ready-made view to change it, or hide the ones you don't use.
- A tab on the pipeline
- Shared with whoever opens the pipeline
- Copy a link to any view
- Your filterStage is Quote sent, last activity more than 14 days
05Any layout
See the same list as a grid, a board or a calendar.
Open any view as a grid, as a board by stage, as a month calendar by any date on the card, or as a chart. Sort the grid by any column.
- Grid, board, calendar or chart
- The calendar goes by any date field
- Sort by any column
And the rest

Before you build a view
Already filter a spreadsheet every day?
Because a saved view keeps its filter. Next time it's one tap, and people drop on and off it by themselves as their dates come and go.
Most work on day one. Birthdays sorts by month once the pipeline has a Birthday field, Clients counts cards in a stage named Closed, and Hot leads needs your WhatsApp linked, because the score reads replies.
No. Saved views belong to the pipeline, so everyone who can open it sees them.
Anyone with manage access to the pipeline. Everyone else can filter, and open the views that are there.
There's no public price for Palby CRM yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
