CRM notes and timeline
Stop losing track of what each customer told you.
Notes, finished tasks, stage moves and WhatsApp chats sit in order on each customer's record, so whoever calls next knows what was said.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.

Before you call
What was said, and what happened next, on one record
Mrs Wong told Daniel in October that she wants the kitchen done first. In December you call her about the bathroom. She explains it all again, then asks two other firms for quotes.
01After the call
Write the note just after the call, while you remember it.
The note box sits on every customer's record. Type "Called, no answer" or the whole site visit, and Ctrl or Cmd and Enter files it. If a note doesn't save, your words stay in the box. You can edit or delete any note later.
- The five newest on top, the rest under Activity
- Attach files from the same box
- Delete asks first
- Note boxSite visit done. Kitchen first, then the bathroom
02Found in a note
Never retype a meeting you already wrote down.
Write "meeting Thu 3pm" or a birthday in a note. Once you file it, Palby reads it and offers each one back as a single tap: Book it, or Fill Birthday. Nothing changes until you tap, and each tap has Undo.
- A meeting goes onto the record's appointments
- A birthday fills the Birthday field, if the pipeline has one
- Undo, if it read the note wrong
- Note, filedKitchen first. Meeting Thu 3pm to go through it. Birthday 3 Jun
03Activity
See everything that happened, in the order it happened.
The record's Activity tab lists its notes, the tasks you've finished, every stage move and changed field, and each time you tapped Call or WhatsApp. Filter it to Messages, Notes or Events when you're looking for one thing.
- Stage moves and changed fields
- Calls and WhatsApps you started from the record
- 100 at a time, with older ones a tap away

04WhatsApp
Read their WhatsApp chat beside your notes.
Once your WhatsApp number is linked to Palby, each chat sits on the customer's record. What they wrote and what you wrote back go into Activity, next to your notes.
- Under Messages, in the same timeline
- Your notes and their messages, side by side
- Note, 23 OctBudget around S$20,000. Flexible on the tiles, not on the quartz top.
05Your team
Pick up a customer a colleague started, without starting over.
Everyone you share the pipeline with reads the same notes and timeline. Follow a card you don't own, and you'll hear when it moves, gets a note or changes deal value.
- Follow, without taking the card over
- View reads, use writes, manage can delete
- The customer never sees a note
- Michelle Ong's cardGrace Lee, bathroom quote, S$9,600
And the rest
And the small things that keep the record honest
Goes well with
Don't make customers tell you twice.
Start with the next call you make: one line on the card.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
Before you write the first note
Worried nobody will bother writing notes?
One line is enough. "Called, no answer" is the box's own example, and taps on Call or WhatsApp are logged without typing anything.
Everyone you share the pipeline with. Notes on a shared pipeline aren't private, so keep personal ones off the card. The customer never sees them.
Not in a record's notes. They can follow the card instead, and hear about each new note.
No. It logs that you tapped Call from the record. What was said goes in a note.
There's no public price for Palby CRM yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
