Give everyone on your team exactly the access they need.

Your front desk works this week's enquiries, your manager sees every pipeline, and only the people you pick can download the list.

30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.

One login

Shared with your team, not handed to everyone

Your new front-desk hire needs this week's enquiries. So you give her your login, and with it every customer's history, every deal and the download button.

01Three levels

Control what each person can do on each pipeline.

Your front desk needs to move stages, but shouldn't change your pipeline's fields. Share a pipeline to view, use or manage. View reads it. Use works in it: notes, stages and follow-ups. Manage changes how it's set up, like stages, fields and views.

  • View: read it
  • Use: work in it
  • Manage: set it up

02Downloads

Decide who can download your customer list.

Your customer list took years to build. Export is its own grant. Without it, the buttons that download lists and reports don't show, whatever else the person can do.

  • Separate from view, use and manage
  • Covers lists and reports
  • Change it any time

03Roles

Start from a role, then change what you need.

You don't want to tick twenty boxes for each hire. Four ready-made roles fill in the grid for you, from Manager, who reaches everything, to Finance or view only. Change any box and the role becomes Custom. Before it saves, Palby shows what they'll reach and what they'll lose.

04Invites

Invite a new salesperson without handing over your login.

A new salesperson starts. Invite her by email, or send a link that lasts 1, 7, 14 or 30 days. Only owners and admins can invite, and a link can never make someone a Manager.

  • By email or by link
  • Links last 1 to 30 days
  • A link can't make anyone a Manager

05Leaving

When someone leaves, take their access and keep their customers.

When Ben leaves for another firm, his customers shouldn't leave with him. Remove him, and his access goes. The customers, notes and follow-ups on your pipelines stay where they are, so whoever takes over picks up from the same cards.

  • Access goes, customers stay
  • The owner can't be removed
  • Hand their cards on by changing the owner

06One view

Give someone one view, not the whole pipeline.

Hakim only needs this week's new enquiries. Share that one saved view with him, and he reaches only the cards in it. Give him use, and he can work those cards too.

  • One view, one person
  • View or use
  • The rest of the pipeline stays hidden
