Lead distribution
Save your team the scramble: each new customer goes to the next person.
Turn on Share out, and each new card on a pipeline goes to the next person in turn, or to whoever has the fewest open. Anyone marked Away is passed over.

New enquiries
One place where every new enquiry gets an owner
Enquiries land in the group chat. Whoever's fastest takes the good ones, the rest sit there, and days later nobody's sure who was meant to call Mr Tan back. By then he's booked another firm.
01Turn it on
Give each new card an owner the moment it lands.
You'd rather not hand out every enquiry yourself. Open Share out on a pipeline your team shares and pick the field that says who owns a card, or add an Assigned to field. Tick who takes turns and switch it on. Within a minute of each new card arriving, it has a name on it, and that person has a follow-up to make.
- New cards only: the ones already there stay as they are
- You pick who's in the rotation
- Anyone with manage access can set it up
- Share outOn Renovation jobs, a pipeline your team shares
03Away
Skip whoever's away today.
Jun's on leave, and his enquiries shouldn't sit there waiting. Each person marks their own availability. Away gets a card only when nobody else can take it, and Unavailable never does. If the whole team is out, managers get one alert an hour with how many cards are waiting.
- Away: last in line
- Unavailable: skipped
- Managers told when nobody can take a card

04The hand-off
Tell each person the moment a card is theirs.
Aisyah's at a site visit when Ravi's enquiry comes in. Her phone gets a push and Palby a bell: "New card for you on Enquiries: Ravi." She can call him back before the next visit. Between 9pm and 9am the push waits.
- A bell and a push
- Pushes held from 9pm to 9am by default
- The owner change shows in the card's history

However they arrive, every new card gets an owner.
Some enquiries you type in after a call, some come from a spreadsheet, and some arrive on WhatsApp. Cards added by hand, rows from an import and chats from a linked WhatsApp number all go into the same rotation, so nobody has to remember to hand them out.

Goes well with
Get every new enquiry to the next person on your team.
Start with the pipeline your new enquiries land in.

Before you switch it on
Worried the turns won't feel fair?
Yes. Each card's history shows it was shared out, and you can filter the pipeline by owner to count each person's cards.
Not yet. Share out goes by turns or by workload, and fills one owner field. You can change any card's owner by hand.
They stay as they are. Share out only gives owners to cards that arrive after you switch it on.
Away people still get cards when nobody else can. If everyone's Unavailable, cards wait, and managers get an alert once an hour.
Not Palby CRM. It gives each new card an owner and tells them. Answering WhatsApp enquiries for you is a separate Palby product: see how Palby answers WhatsApp enquiries (/ai-agent).
There's no public price for Palby CRM yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
