Customizable CRM

Make the CRM fit how you sell, not the other way round.

Add the fields your customers' details need, name the stages the way you sell, and make the must-haves required. No IT team.

Off the shelf

Is your CRM too rigid for how you sell?

The last CRM wanted a Company and an Industry for every parent who asked about P5 maths. It had no box for the child's level. So the details went back into a spreadsheet, and the CRM went quiet.

01Fields

Store the details you need to know about each customer.

A parent rings about tuition and you ask the same three things: the child's level, the subject, the school. Add a field for each, pick its type, and it's on every card in that pipeline.

  • Text, numbers, S$ amounts, dates and times
  • Dropdowns and multi-selects with your own options
  • Phone, email, link, checkbox, a 1 to 5 rating, a teammate, a linked contact or a file
Fields - Renovation jobs
  1. You always askThe flat type, which rooms, and the budget

02Stages

Stages named the way you talk.

Your team says "Trial booked", not "Qualified". Start from the stage set for your trade, then rename, reorder and recolour the stages until the board talks the way you do.

  • Eight stage sets to start from
  • Rename and reorder any time
  • Delete a stage and its cards move to the one you pick
Stages - Renovation jobs
  1. Stage setPicked one of the eight sets to start from

03Must-haves

Capture the details that matter before a card moves.

Last term, three students were marked Enrolled with no fee on the card, and you only found out when the month didn't add up. Pick up to ten fields a stage needs, and moving a card in asks for the missing ones first.

  • Set per stage, under Needed to enter
  • Any field, the deal value or the next follow-up
  • A view of every card missing a required field
Stages - Job booked
  1. Job booked, Needed to enterDeal value, start date, next follow-up
    Up to ten fields

04Views

Save the view you need, with only the columns you use.

Every week you want the same list: P6 students with no trial booked. Hide the columns you don't need, filter to just those cards and save it as a view. Next week it's one tap.

  • Hide a column in one view, keep it in the others
  • Filters that match all of your conditions, or any of them
  • Ten ready-made views on every pipeline
Views - Renovation jobs
  1. FilterStage is Quote sent, and no next follow-up
    Match all

05Dates

Turn any date field into a reminder.

The trial class is coming up, and you'd like to know in time. Set the date field to remind you once, or every year for something like a birthday, and an email arrives on the day and seven days before.

  • Every year, or once
  • An email on the day and a week before
  • Birthdays shown on the calendar every year
Fields - date reminders
  1. Hacking dateKumar Pillai: 12 Nov
    Remind me: once

And the rest

Small settings that make it fit your trade

No two the sameMake a field unique, so two cards can't share an ID or a plate number.
DefaultsGive a field a value it starts with.
OrderDrag fields into the order you read them.
Per pipelineEach pipeline keeps its own fields, so tuition and holiday camps can differ.
From your spreadsheetColumns with no field yet can become new fields as you import.
Worked out for youDays in stage, score and expected close as columns, with nothing to set up.
