Forty enquiries

Forty enquiries, and the one ready to buy is number 31

Your ads brought in forty enquiries. You start at the top and work down. Number 31 replied three times and booked a site visit. By the time you reach her, she's signed with someone else.

01What counts

Score each customer on what they've actually done.

The score adds up what's happened on the card: how often and how lately they've replied, how far along your stages they are, a booked appointment, notes and finished tasks, and a follow-up date. Replies are read from the WhatsApp chats on the record. Silence takes points off: 10 after 14 days with no contact, 20 after 30.

  • Replies, and how recent the last one is
  • Stage, appointment and follow-up date
  • Points off after 14 and 30 quiet days

02Why it's hot

Tap any score and see why it's hot.

Tap the score and How this is scored lists each line in plain words: "Replied twice", "Appointment booked", "No contact for 40 days". The lines add up to the score out of 100, so you can check it against what you know.

03Your first calls

Start with the hottest customers.

Hot leads is one of the ready-made views on every pipeline: everyone scoring 75 or more, hottest first. Each card carries its score as a chip, like Hot 86, and you can filter any view by score.

  • Hot from 75, Warm from 50, Cool from 25
  • A score chip on every card
  • Filter any view by score

04Where they came from

Know where every customer came in from.

Each card keeps how the customer first came in, like an import, a referral, a WhatsApp chat or added by hand, and it's never written over. Campaign and ad details stay with it when there are any. Filter by it to see which sources bring you the hot ones.

  • Came in through, on every record
  • Kept from the first time they came in
  • Filter any view by source

And the rest

And the small rules behind the score

ClientsExisting clients never score under 60.
ArchivedAn archived card scores 10 at most.
OverdueA follow-up date counts for less once it's overdue.
Contact detailsA phone number and an email add a few points.
SourceWhere they came from is kept, but doesn't change the score.
