Privyr's pages are about speed with new leads. They describe leads from Facebook, TikTok, Google and LinkedIn ad forms landing on your phone with an alert, and messages to them from your existing WhatsApp Business number. Pro adds follow-up sequences and bulk calling and messaging, and leads can be shared out to your team automatically. Its free plan covers up to 3 people, its app lists over 100,000 downloads, and its office is on Robinson Road. If most of your business starts as an ad lead, Privyr is the better fit.

Open on the clients who are due

Every pipeline starts with ten ready-made views. The first, Next activity due, lists everyone whose follow-up is due today or overdue, on Singapore days. Clients and Birthdays sit beside it, for the people you've already sold to.

See what each client has paid

Add an Amount paid field, and the pipeline totals what came in by month, quarter or year. A payment link sent from the card on your own Stripe account adds itself to Amount paid once it's paid. You know what a client is worth before you message them.

Start from the spreadsheet you keep

Import a CSV of up to 2,000 rows. Columns are matched by name, AI suggests the rest for you to check, and duplicates merge without overwriting what you typed. Phone contact files (.vcf) come in too, and a business card scans into a new contact. Imported the wrong file? Undo it within 24 hours.
