Palby CRM

We make Palby CRM.

Palby CRM opens on one list: everyone whose follow-up is due today or overdue, on Singapore days. Link the WhatsApp you already use by QR code, and each client's chat sits on their record beside your notes and what they've paid. A new pipeline starts from your trade's stages. Consent is kept per channel for PDPA, money shows in S$, and each person picks English or Chinese.

  • Best for: Singapore sellers who keep their own clients and follow them up on WhatsApp.
  • Pick something else if: you need calling, email campaigns, an app in the stores or grant support.
  • Price: there's no published price yet, so book a walkthrough and ask.

Pepper Cloud

It says it's a Pre-Approved Solution under IMDA's SMEs Go Digital programme, with up to 50% grant support for eligible SMEs. Grant schemes changed on 30 September 2026, so check with Enterprise Singapore before you count on it.

  • Best for: Singapore SMEs that handle sales and support on WhatsApp and plan to apply for grant support toward the cost.
  • Pick something else if: you want to see a price before a demo, or your team works in Chinese today.
  • Price: not printed. Starter covers up to 5 users and Growth 10 to 12, and you book a demo for a quote.
