After the site visit

Quotes die after the site visit

You measure up and send a S$32,000 quote. Then you're on site all week. The client compares three quotes and picks the contractor who called to talk it through. Give each quote a follow-up date as it goes out, and the call is on your list, even from site.

01Site visit

Keep the site visit, the photos and the drawings on one card.

Add the site visit to the customer's card, with the date, the time and the address. Download it to your phone's calendar if you like. After the visit, attach the photos and drawings to the card, up to 10 MB each, so the quote and the site sit together.

  • Site visits on the customer's card
  • Photos and PDFs up to 10 MB each
  • Download a visit to your calendar

02Quote sent

Price each quote from your own list, and see what's out.

Keep a price list of what you sell, like a bathroom package or a kitchen cabinet by the foot run. Add lines to a deal with the quantity, price and discount, and the deal adds itself up. The quote you send still comes from your own template.

  • A price list for your pipeline
  • Quantity, price and discount on each line
  • What's out at Quote sent, in S$

03Job done

Find the finished jobs nobody has been paid for.

The stages run through Job done to Paid. Add an Amount paid field, and a finished job with no amount on it is flagged, so the money nobody chased shows up. The pipeline totals what came in by month, quarter or year.

  • Job done and Paid, as stages
  • Finished jobs with no amount, flagged
  • What came in, by month, quarter or year

Stages

Stages that follow a job from site visit to paid.

Pick Home services, cleaning and repairs when you start, and the board opens with Enquiry, Quote sent, Job booked, Job done, Paid and Lost, and you can rename any of them, or add Site visit as a stage of its own.
