CRM for schools and tuition centres
Call every parent back after the trial class.
Every parent's enquiry, trial class and next call on one list, so the call after a trial happens the next day, whoever is at the desk.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.

- Bring a CSV of up to 2,000 rows

After the trial class
Parents ask three centres. The one that calls back first wins
A parent books trial classes at your centre and two others. After the trial, your teachers are on to the next class and nobody calls. Days later she enrols her son at the centre that rang her first. Give each trial a follow-up for the next day, and the call is on someone's list.
01An enquiry
Keep every parent's enquiry on one record, child and all.
A parent asks about P5 Maths. Make a card for the parent, and add fields for what you need, like the child's name, level and subject. Link the centre's WhatsApp number by QR code, and the chat sits on the record, so whoever is at the desk sees what was asked.
- Your own fields, like Level and Subject
- Chats on the record once your number is linked
- The source kept on each card
02The trial class
Follow up every trial class the next day.
Enquiry, Trial booked, Trial done, Enrolled: the stages follow the trial. Set the follow-up to Tomorrow when the trial ends, and the parent is on Next activity due the next day, with the teacher's note on the record.
- Tomorrow in one tap
- The teacher's note on the record
- Overdue shows how late
03Before next term
Reach the parents who said 'maybe next term'.
Inactive over 30 days lists the parents nobody has written to, or heard from, in a month. Put next term's start in a date field set to remind you once, and an email arrives a week before, in time to call the families who said maybe.
- Inactive over 30 days, ready on every pipeline
- Date reminders by email, a week before
- Do not contact kept on the record

Who called this parent back?
Yes, if it's on the record. Each parent's chat, notes and follow-up date sit on their card, not in one person's phone. Share the pipeline with whoever is at the desk, and take away their access when they leave.
Yes. Add fields for the child's name, level and subject, or any other detail you need. Keep it to what you use to follow up.
Palby CRM reminds you, never the parent. Messages that go to parents on their own are a separate Palby product: see how Palby follows up on WhatsApp.
That depends on what they agreed to, and it's your call. Palby CRM keeps the record for you: consent for WhatsApp, email and calls, with when and how it was given, and Do not contact skipped on everything it sends by itself.
It fits private schools, enrichment centres and course providers that fill places one family at a time. It isn't a student system: there's no attendance, grading or timetable.
There's no price list on the site yet. You'll get the price for your team on the walkthrough, before you commit to anything.
