Will my number get banned?

Where Kommo is strong

Kommo puts leads from WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok into one sales pipeline, stage by stage. On the WhatsApp side it sends approved templates and broadcasts, and the Business app can stay on the same number through Coexistence. Booking pages and reminders come with it. Its prices are printed, there's a 14-day trial, and it says 100,000+ clients use it. If your team sells across several apps, Kommo fits better.

The three differences that matter

Link the number you already use

Open WhatsApp on your phone, go to Linked devices and scan the code, the way you'd link WhatsApp Web. There's no Business API to apply for and no template to get approved. Your phone keeps working, and messages you send from it show up in the inbox too.

Let the agent write like you

The agent reads your inbox's own past chats, so it sounds like you from the first message. It answers from the files you upload and your website pages, which it re-reads on a schedule. While it chats, it fills in the contact card, adds tags and moves the stage, so the card is up to date when you take over.

Check in once, at least a day later

When a chat goes quiet, the agent checks in once at most, at least 24 hours later and never at night. By default, someone who never wrote back isn't chased. A new number starts slowly too: no chats with leads on day one, three on day two and up to ten a day until day six.
