Where Interakt is strong

Interakt covers marketing, support and sales on WhatsApp, and says 100,000+ businesses use it. You can run click-to-WhatsApp ads, broadcast to your list and sync a catalog from Shopify, WooCommerce or Excel, so customers can browse and pay in the chat. When a WhatsApp message fails, it can switch to RCS. Its AI agents come as three: sales, lead qualification and support. It's run by Jio Haptik, and most of its customer stories are Indian brands. If you sell online in India, Interakt knows your market well.

The three differences that matter

Link the number your customers already have

Open WhatsApp on your phone, go to Linked devices and scan the code, the way you'd link WhatsApp Web. There's no Business API to apply for and no template to get approved. Your phone keeps working, and messages you send from it show up in the inbox too.

Book the appointment from the chat

When a lead wants a time, the agent offers the free slots on your booking page and books one. You can run up to four booking pages, one for each person or service. If they need to move it, the agent can reschedule or cancel in the same chat.

Check in once, at least a day later

When a chat goes quiet, the agent checks in once at most, at least 24 hours later and never at night. By default, someone who never wrote back isn't chased. Quiet hours run from 11pm to 9am unless you change them.
