Where Gallabox is strong

Gallabox covers more channels than we do. Its pages describe AI agents on WhatsApp, Instagram, a website widget and phone calls, with payment links, and appointment booking on the higher plans. Gallabox says it's an official Meta partner and a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider, so Meta's templates and ads that click to WhatsApp are part of it. It prints its prices, too. If your leads come from ads on several channels at once, Gallabox is the better fit.

The three differences that matter

Keep the number you already use

Gallabox puts you on Meta's Business API with an official WhatsApp Business number. Palby AI Agent links the WhatsApp you already use by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does, through a third-party service called Green API. Your phone keeps working. There are no Business API forms and no new number. The trade-off is real: no Meta templates, no buttons or lists, and no blue checkmark.

One check-in, then it stops

Gallabox can start a follow-up sequence the moment a lead stops replying. Palby AI Agent checks in once, at least a day later and never at night. Someone who never wrote back hears nothing more. WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk", so the agent paces what it starts. First messages to new leads go about an hour apart.
