It's a fair question. Palby AI Agent links through Green API, not Meta's Business API, so it is an unofficial link. WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk". So the agent paces what it starts: broadcasts about 45 seconds apart, and first messages to new leads about an hour apart. Nobody can promise a number won't be restricted.
