CRM for financial advisors
Know which client is due a review before they ask.
Keep the notes, the files and the date of the next review on each client's record, and open one list of who you owe a call.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
- Starts with the Insurance and financial advice stages
- Bring a CSV of up to 2,000 rows

Between reviews
The review you promised last year is the one you forget
At last year's review you said "see you next year". Twelve months later you're busy with new clients, and nobody reminds you. By the time you call, someone else has. Pick In a year as the follow-up when the meeting ends, and next year's review is already on a list.
01After a meeting
Keep the notes, the files and the next step on the client's record.
You leave a meeting with three things you promised to send. Write them in a note on the client's record, and attach the files, up to 10 MB each, in private storage. The Activity tab keeps notes, finished tasks and stage moves in order, so you walk into the next meeting knowing what was said.
- Notes on the record
- Files up to 10 MB, in private storage
- Activity in order: notes, tasks, stage moves
02Yearly reviews
Book every yearly review before the client has to ask.
A review ends with "see you next year". Pick In a year as the follow-up, and the client is on Next activity due a year on. Or keep a Review due date field set to remind you every year, and an email arrives seven days before.
- Pick In a year as the follow-up
- Yearly date reminders by email
- Overdue reviews show how late
03Households
See who's connected to each client before you call.
You're about to call Jonathan, and his wife is your client too. Link a spouse or a parent with a linked contact field, so each card shows who's connected. Policies get a tab of their own on every record, for the fields you make, like insurer, plan and renewal date.
- Linked contacts on each card
- A Policies tab on every record
- Your own fields, like Review due

Stages
Stages from the first call to the yearly review.
Pick Insurance and financial advice when you start, and the board opens with New lead, Contacted, Appointment set, Fact-find done, Proposal out, Closed and Lost, and you can rename any of them. Everyone in Closed shows on the Clients view, and a follow-up set to In a year brings each one back for the review.

Before you move your clients in
Tried a CRM before and stopped updating it?
Most of the updating is one date. Set the next follow-up as a meeting ends, and the client turns up on that day's list. Live clients with no date land in No next step, so you can see who you forgot to plan.
No. Palby CRM keeps your records and tells you who to follow up. It never suggests a product, a plan or a price, and what you recommend stays your work and your firm's.
Share one pipeline at a time, and pick a preset like Assistant or ops, or tick the boxes yourself. Who can download it is a separate choice.
In a database in Singapore, over HTTPS. Files go into private storage, and a backup runs every night, encrypted. One login on our side, the founder's, can read every pipeline but can't change one, and there's no two-factor sign-in yet. The security page has the rest.
That depends on what they agreed to, and it's your call. Palby CRM keeps the record for you: consent for WhatsApp, email and calls, with when and how it was given, and Do not contact skipped on everything it sends by itself.
There's no price list on the site yet. You'll get the price for your team on the walkthrough, before you commit to anything.
