CRM for startups
Stop losing deals to a founder's memory.
No sales team yet? Start with one list of who's waiting on you, every deal by stage and every note on the record, from the spreadsheet you keep now.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
- Starts with stages for general sales
- Bring a CSV of up to 2,000 rows

Founder-led sales
Founder-led sales runs on memory. Memory drops things
You meet four prospects at a meetup, demo two and promise a pilot report to a third. Then you're fixing a bug, and the pilot report is a week late. Put a date on each promise, and your list says who's waiting.
01After a meetup
Scan the business cards from a meetup, and follow up the next day.
The meetup's over and you have eleven business cards. Take a photo of each, check what it read, and save the contact. Numbers with eight digits get +65 in front. Set the follow-up to Tomorrow, and they're on the next day's list while they still remember you.
- Photo, check, save
- +65 added to 8-digit numbers
- The photo is read, then not kept
02Today's list
Know who's waiting on you before the first call.
Next activity due lists everyone whose follow-up is today or overdue, with what's next on each: a demo, a pilot report, a proposal. No next step lists the live deals with no date, and Stale cards the ones stuck 14 days in one stage.
- Next activity due and No next step come ready
- Overdue ones show how late
- Stale cards after 14 days in one stage
03Your first hire
Hand your first salesperson a pipeline with the history in it.
Your first salesperson is starting. Share the pipeline, and every note, deal and follow-up is already on each record, so their first week isn't one long handover call. Pick what they can do, from view to manage, and whether they can download. If they leave, take away their access, and the customers stay with you.
- Notes and deals already on each record
- Choose view, use or manage, and who can download
- Access ends when they leave
04Day one
Move your deals in from a spreadsheet, and undo it if it's wrong.
Your pipeline is a Google Sheet with forty rows and three colours. Paste the sheet's link, or save it as a CSV, and the columns are matched by name first. A row that matches someone you already have is merged, and the whole import can be undone within a day.
- A Google Sheet link or a CSV of up to 2,000 rows
- Duplicates merged by email, phone or name
- Undo within a day
A week at a startup

A fictional two-founder startup in Singapore, and one prospect through two weeks.

Stages
Plain stages you can rename as you learn.
Pick General sales when you start, and the board opens with New lead, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal sent, Won and Lost. Rename them as your sales process takes shape, or add a pipeline for partners or investors.

Before you move your deals in
Will you have to switch CRMs in a year?
The one the founders keep up before there's a sales team. That usually means a list of who to follow up today, a pipeline you can rename as you learn and an easy way out. Palby CRM starts from your spreadsheet and exports back to CSV any time.
Start with the one you'll keep up. Palby CRM is a list, a pipeline and notes. If you outgrow it, download any pipeline as a CSV, in the same columns as the grid, and take it with you.
Not yet. Customers come in by CSV, a phone contacts file, a Google Sheet link or a business card scan, and nothing syncs back.
Yes, in a pipeline of their own, with stages of its own. Each pipeline is shared on its own, so your investor list can stay between the founders.
Yes. Share it to view, use or manage, and you both open the same list of who to follow up.
There's no price list on the site yet. You'll get the price for your team on the walkthrough, before you commit to anything.
