Your WhatsApp chats on the record

Link the WhatsApp you already use by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web does. Each client's chat then sits on their record, beside your notes and the next follow-up date. When a client asks "what did we agree?", the answer is on their card.

Consent kept for PDPA

Each contact keeps consent per channel, with the day and how it was given. Tick Do not contact, and it reads as withdrawn on every channel, so nothing goes out to that person. You can answer "may I still message them?" before you send.

Money in S$, and what each client has paid

Prices and deals show in S$. Add an Amount paid field, and the pipeline totals what came in by month, quarter or year. A payment link sent from the card on your own Stripe account adds itself to Amount paid once it's paid.
