Best CRM for financial advisers in Singapore: seven compared, and who each one suits
Most lists are written for US firms that work by email. How seven CRMs handle the WhatsApp chats, follow-ups and consent an adviser in Singapore lives with.
We make Palby CRM. It's on this list, and so are six CRMs that suit some advisers better.
As of November 2026. Each vendor's details are from its own pages, read on 2 November 2026. Plans and prices change, so check them before you pay.
Palby CRM
We make Palby CRM.
Palby CRM keeps each client's WhatsApp chats, notes, tasks and deals on one record. It opens on Next activity due: everyone whose follow-up is due today or overdue. Start a pipeline from the insurance and financial advice stages, keep policy fields on a Policies tab of each record, and see the year's birthdays in one view.
Consent is kept per channel, with when and how it was given, and Do not contact sits on the record. An automation can start a set number of days before a date on the card, like a birthday or a renewal. Each person on your team picks English or Chinese.
Best for: advisers in Singapore whose clients message them on WhatsApp, alone or in a small team.
Pick something else if: you need email synced, or custodian and planning tools connected. Palby CRM does neither. Wealthbox and Redtail are built for that.
Price: no public price yet. You get one on the walkthrough.
Wealthbox
Wealthbox calls itself the CRM workspace for financial advisors. It keeps every client, household and relationship with full history, notes and activity, tracks prospects and AUM opportunities, and puts client emails and meetings on the client record.
Best for: US advisory firms that work by email and households.
Pick something else if: your clients reach you on WhatsApp. The pages we read talk about email and meetings, not chat apps.
Price: Basic US$59, Pro US$75 and Premier US$99 a user a month. Pro adds two-way sync with your email, and there's a 14-day trial.
Redtail is a CRM for financial advisors, with compliant texting to clients beside it. It's SOC 2 Type II certified and connects to over 100 other tools.
Best for: advisers who want their texts with clients kept with the client record.
Pick something else if: your team is bigger than five and you want the entry plan. Launch takes up to five users.
Price: Launch US$39 a user a month billed yearly, or US$45 monthly. Growth is US$59 billed yearly. It adds Imaging and Speak, with no cap on users. The trial is of Growth, for new users.
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
Salesforce says 24,000 financial services institutions use it, across banking, wealth and insurance. Financial Services Cloud is its CRM for them. For a smaller firm, Sales Cloud also has a Free Suite and a Starter Suite at US$25 a user a month.
Best for: large firms with an admin or IT team to set it up and run it.
Pick something else if: you're one adviser or a small team. Financial Services Cloud is priced for firms.
Price: Financial Services Cloud Sales Core from US$325 a user a month, billed annually.
HubSpot's CRM is free with no time limit for up to two users, and it connects to 2,000+ apps. WhatsApp comes into its shared inbox on Marketing Hub or Service Hub Professional or Enterprise.
Best for: advisers who market by email and their website, and want a free plan to begin with.
Pick something else if: your clients write on WhatsApp and you're on the free plan. WhatsApp needs a Professional plan.
Price: free for up to two users. Starter from SGD 10 a seat a month, a discount for new customers, shown in Singapore.
Privyr is an app for following up leads from your phone. It works with your existing WhatsApp Business number, and lets you message a new lead as soon as they come in.
Best for: agents who want new leads messaged and chased from their phone.
Pick something else if: you want WhatsApp campaigns and the auto-responder in the base price. They're paid add-ons.
Price: Free Forever for up to three team members, with limits on how many leads you can engage. Pro is priced per user, for up to 20, with a 14-day trial and no card.

Questions advisers ask about CRMs
It depends on where your clients reach you. For US firms that work by email, Wealthbox and Redtail are built for advisers. If your clients message you on WhatsApp, pick a CRM that puts those chats on the client's record, like Palby CRM.
Yes. Palby CRM links the number you already use and keeps each chat on the client's record, though WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk". HubSpot connects WhatsApp on its Professional plans, and Privyr uses your WhatsApp Business number.
HubSpot's CRM is free for two users, Zoho CRM for three, and Privyr's Free Forever plan for three team members, with limits. None of them is built only for advisers, so you'll set up the adviser parts yourself.
From nothing to US$325 a user a month on the pages we read. Wealthbox starts at US$59, Redtail at US$39 billed yearly, and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud at US$325. Palby CRM has no public price yet.
In Palby CRM, consent sits on each client's record per channel, with when and how it was given, and Do not contact. Whether you may message someone is still your call under PDPA.
Yes. Import a CSV of up to 2,000 rows, and AI matches the columns. If it looks wrong, one tap takes back the contacts it added.
