Where Bitrix24 is strong

Bitrix24 puts a CRM, tasks, team chat, video calls, a calendar, file storage and online documents in one workspace. It adds estimates, payments, a catalog and inventory for selling, websites with a free CMS and hosting, and HR tools like employee profiles. Customers can reach you through forms, a website widget, live chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone and email. It charges one flat rate per organisation, it's free for one or two users, and the Basic plan covers five people. If you want one tool for most of how your company runs, Bitrix24 is the safer pick.
