About this template
An offsite without a purpose is a long lunch. This project starts with the one question the day must answer, books the venue, builds an agenda with more discussion than presentation, and ends with the decisions written up by Monday.
Tips from the template
- Write the purpose first. No purpose, no offsite.
- Send pre-reading a week before so the day itself is for decisions rather than for catching up.
- Decisions and owners go out the next working day.
