    When the list needs more

Keep today's list, and give it a plan

    01When a task has a day

Type the day with the task.

In the planner, "dentist fri 3pm" is a task on Friday at 3pm. Today then shows only what's due, so the list in front of you stays short.

    • "fri 3pm", "tomorrow" and "every monday" read as dates
    • Today shows what's due
    • Late tasks wait at the top

    02When it can't be missed

Get a reminder at the time it matters.

Choose a time for the task, or 15 minutes before, and your phone shows a reminder then. Switch on Keep reminding me and it rings again.

    • Any date and time
    • 15 minutes, an hour or a day before

03When it comes back every week

    Write the weekly jobs once.

Type "bins out every tuesday 8pm" and the task comes back each week, with its reminder.

    • "every weekday" or "every tuesday" in the same line
    • Repeats that stop on a date
