About this template
Leaving well is a checklist. This project runs from notice to last day: the handover written by the person leaving, access removed on the day, equipment returned, an exit conversation worth having, and a goodbye that is not an afterthought.
Tips from the template
- Set the last day on the "Last day" task.
- The handover document is the leaver's task; review it a week before.
- Remove access on the last day itself.
