About this template
A board pack sent the night before is a meeting spent reading. This project starts three weeks out: the numbers first, the narrative second, the asks named, the pack out a week early, and the actions sent the day after.
Tips from the template
- Set the meeting date on the "Board meeting" task.
- Name the decisions you need from the board; that is the agenda.
