About this template
Hiring goes slow when nobody owns the next step. This project is one candidate's loop: each stage a task with a date, feedback written the same day, references called before the offer, and the offer itself with a deadline.
Tips from the template
- Name the project after the candidate and the role.
- Write interview feedback the same day, in the task.
- A stage with no date is a stage that will not happen.
How to use it in Palby Planner
- 1Open Tasks and choose Templates.
- 2Find Interview loop and open it. You see every section and task before anything is added.
- 3Pick the day you start, or the day it has to be done by. Every date moves with it.
- 4Press Use template. Rename the project, then work down the list.
