Days and times are the pack's own. Change any of them after you add it.
- Next week's rosterEvery Thu at 15:00Cover every shift for next week, check leave and MCs, then send the roster to the team chat and pin it. Fill the gaps now, not on Sunday night.
- Stock countEvery Mon at 8:30Count your top 20 items and reorder anything under its minimum. Note what expired or was wasted, so the next order can be smaller.
- Answer new reviewsEvery Tue and Fri at 11:00Reply to every new Google review within two days: thank them by name, own any mistake, and take a complaint to a call or a message. Ask two happy customers a week for a review.
- Salaries and payslipsEvery month on the 28thPay salaries on time and give each worker an itemised payslip within three working days, as MOM requires. Keep a copy of each.
- Staff CPF by the 14thEvery month on the 10thCheck each worker's wages, submit last month's CPF and the Skills Development Levy on CPF EZPay, and save the receipt. The deadline is the 14th.
- GST returnEvery quarter on the 15thIf you are GST-registered: total last quarter's sales and purchase invoices, check them against the bank, then file the GST F5 on myTax Portal and pay. It is due one month after the quarter ends.
About this pack
The admin that keeps a shop, a salon or a service business in Singapore out of trouble. Each one is small on its day and costly when missed: a late CPF payment, a GST return filed in a rush, a one-star review left unanswered.
