People who matter
Days and times are the pack's own. Change any of them after you add it.
- Call the parentsEvery Sun at 17:00A proper call, not a text: ask about their week and tell them about yours. Rename it for whoever your family is.
- Message one friendEvery dayOne message to a friend you have not spoken to lately: a photo, a memory, a question. No reason needed.
- Date nightEvery SatAn evening for the two of you with phones away. Take turns choosing what to do.
- Dinner with friendsEvery month on the 20thPick a date for dinner with friends this month and send the invites. Hosting at home counts.
- Send the month's birthday messagesEvery month on the 1stCheck this month's birthdays and set a reminder for each on the day. Send a personal message, not a sticker.
